CodeToolkit.net provides free, browser-based developer tools for personal and commercial use. You may use the tools to process your own data, or data you have authorization to process. You agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service beyond what is visible in the browser
• Not use automated scripts to access the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy. While we strive for correctness, tool outputs (formatting, hashing, encoding, diffing, regex matching) are not guaranteed to be error-free. Always verify critical outputs independently.
• Availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.
• Fitness for purpose. The tools are general-purpose utilities. They may not be suitable for every use case, particularly security-sensitive or production-critical workflows.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeToolkit.net, its maintainers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in tool outputs
• Data loss resulting from use of the Service (note: all processing is client-side, so data is not stored on our servers)
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, which, as a free service, is zero.

The CodeToolkit.net name, logo, design, and original code are the intellectual property of CodeToolkit.net. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without permission
• Use the CodeToolkit.net brand or trademarks in a way that implies endorsement
• Scrape or systematically download content from the Service for redistribution

Your input data remains yours. CodeToolkit.net does not claim any rights over the data you process using the tools. Since all processing is client-side, your data never reaches our servers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
